Calusa Cove RV Park offers the perfect base from which to explore Florida's great adventures.  Let the birdsong wash away all the stresses of daily life. We ajoin the 1800A State Preserve Park.

Our camp grounds are the perfect place to experience the feeling of Florida.  Kick back and enjoy the scenery.

. Enjoy campfires, picnic tables, biking/hiking and nature trails.

Each rv must be self contained and for the small rv campers, that need a washroom, we will provide a keyed private wash room. We provide supplies to clean it after use and expect you to leave it clean when you depart. Calusa cove does not like concrete, our sites are high and dry and are grass over lime rock or shell. For those that miss the concrete jungles there are many resorts that can provide you with all the concrete that you could ever wish for. We have a small laundry. We have horse shoes but no horses.

 

USE OF PASSPORT AMERICA

      Calusa Cove RV Park may accept Passport America off season only. We will designate sites in our parks to service holders of a current passport america ID card. A site will be made available every day at our 2pm check-in on a first come first served basics to holders of a valid passport ID, for a one nite stay only, checking out at 11am the next morning, with the customer then continuing on his travels. The stay is for one night only, paid upon arrival. The site will be a full hookup 30 amp site. Some conditions may apply. HAPPY CAMPING.

 

READY FOR A NEW EXPERIENCE

      Over night island camping is now available. The Keohane School of Marine and Enviromental Studies on Big Shell Island will be offering exprienced equiped campers for the first time an over night primitive island camping experience. You must provide your own transportation to the island via boat/kayak/canoe.  You will be envolved in on going studies and asked to write on your experiences and you may be asked to assist others where needed. This island camping is by donation only. The school will use the Dewey, Felder & Gagne' methods of teaching.
