Monthly rates are used to calculate rates for stay longer than 30 days.
Since most bookings of 30 days or more cross over multiple months, monthly proration will apply.

Here are how prices are calculated.

For bookings under 30 nights: Daily rates apply.

For 30 nights bookings: The monthly rate applies for 30 days months, and the rate is prorated for 31 night months and when bookings cross months to account for seasonal rates.

For bookings 31 to 44 nights: The monthly or prorated monthly rate will apply to the 1st 30 nights, then daily rates apply.

For bookings 45 nights or more: Monthly rates apply on a prorated basis.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m -CHECK-OUT:11:00 a.m.

EXTRA FEES, applicable when/where required:         

  Utiltiles: Sewer, Water, Electric - included in above rates.

  If utilties metered- current utility rates apply.

  Garbage: Dumpster is provided. Two (2) RV household bags per week 

        placed inside dumpster is permitted. No offside trash permitted. 

  Recycling: Mandatory - Bins provided.

  Extra person(s): (Limit 6 per site) $5.00/day, $100/mo. per person over

                              TWO (2) persons. 

  Pet fee: Small pets, under 25# - $1./day, $30/mo. per pet.

     Larger pets over 25# -  $3/day, $ 100./month per pet

     Vet papers must be available. No  aggressive breeds allowed.

  Ex. Vehicles/Boat, etc.: (Limit 2 per site) $4/day, $100/mo. each unit. 

  TAXES: where applicable. 6.5% Lee County Tax, 5% Tourist tax.

  RV Storage Rates:  NONE

  Discounts:  Passport America rates accepted off-season only. Check your

      passport booklet for applicatable dates.

      Military discount with proof of I.D. - 10%.

  Non-Refundable Third Party Fees: Roverpass Booking Fee $3 & 2.5% Credit

      Card Processing Fee

  Wash/Bathroom closed until further notice.

ALL RV GUEST OF CALUSA COVE RV PARK ARE SUBJECT TO THE  RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE PARK AND TO F.S. 513.13.

Cancellation Policy:            

Cancelation request are only accepted via email, roverpass or you may cancel your reservation yourself online. 100% refund until 45 days prior to check-in, less any Non-Refundable Third Party Fees. 50% refund 30 days prior, less any Non-Refundable Third Party Fees. Less then 30 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.

A $25 Cancellation Fee is applied to all cancellations for any reason.

Please Note: Calusa Coves reserves the right to shift reserved RV spots to allow for maintenance or other issues that may occur.
